Capsule orders are picked up at the maison in west Houston, by appointment. The pickup window opens 48 hours after the order is ready and remains open through two 4-hour blocks per day. Choose the block that fits your week; we hold the work cool until you arrive.
The maison is a private kitchen, not a storefront — there is no walk-in counter. We ask that you arrive only at your scheduled block, and that you write to us in advance if anything in your day shifts.

- Window
48 hours from the time your order is ready, divided into 4-hour blocks. Late arrival within the window is fine; choose another block if your day shifts.
- What to bring
Your confirmation email or order number. A cool bag for the drive home if you live more than thirty minutes away — most creations are TCS and should be refrigerated promptly.
- Missed pickup
If a pickup window passes without contact, write to us within the following 24 hours and we will hold the order one additional day. Beyond that, capsule items cannot be guaranteed and may be forfeited under the terms of sale.
- Production date
Every TCS creation carries its production date and refrigeration window on the printed enclosure. Production date is also visible on your order confirmation.
- Refrigeration
TCS items must be refrigerated at or below 41°F immediately upon arrival home. The maison provides insulated packaging for the drive when requested.
